Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure that your food or supplement items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your Return Authorization form inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
